Our business relies heavily on labour and to that end we have an association with Grapeworx Marlborough who has supplied the hand pick team for our Pinot Noir and the more specialized services with machinery for vineyard development tasks. Grapeworx Marlborough has now increased its labour force and is now our "one stop shop" for the supply of all contract labour and services.
We personally, and the businesses we run, supports Wingspan. www.wingspan.co.nz Wingspan is a charitable trust that is driven to protect Birds of Prey and more specifically work to prevent the Native Falcon from extinction. We hope to be more proactive in the coming years to see if our adjacent property can support the establishment of Falcons.

"Bonza" [Harrier Hawk chick] shown here, and her/his siblings are being raised by the mother on our other vineyard. A nest of five eggs was discovered whilst mowing a rough patch of ground when the mother took to the air. Three eggs hatched. These quite large birds nest on the ground.
